How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of €50 or more, which means any order that includes a vaporizer qualifies for free delivery. For orders below €50, shipping fees apply and typically range between €5 and €20, depending on the destination country. Shipping rates may vary, so we recommend proceeding to checkout to see the exact shipping cost for your order if it is under €50.

Where do you ship?

We deliver to most countries across Europe, with a few exceptions. To confirm whether shipping is available to your location, please proceed to checkout and select your country. If you are based in Europe but outside the EU, such as Norway or Switzerland, your order may be subject to customs duties or import fees. These charges are not included in the total shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What are my shipping options?

All our orders are shipped with UPS.

Are the packages discreet?

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to MagicVaporizers. Packages are labeled only with our trading name, “VO Device,” to ensure discretion.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you contact us before your order has been processed by our warehouse, we can assist with updating the shipping address. Once the package has been dispatched, you will need to contact the courier directly. In many cases, the courier can modify the delivery address at no additional cost, provided the new address is within the same city.

What happens if I choose not to receive the package?

If a package is not accepted upon delivery or is not collected within the designated timeframe, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of 25 EUR to cover shipping and return handling costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to your account. If you wish to receive the order at a later time, a new order will need to be placed.
