Faulty Items on Arrival
In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective, you are entitled to either a replacement or a full refund.

Please notify VaporizerOne as soon as you become aware of any fault or defect.

All returned items must include the original invoice and a completed return form provided by VaporizerOne Support.

Once our Returns Department has received the item and confirmed the defect, we will issue a replacement or process a refund without unnecessary delay.

If the product was functioning upon delivery but developed a fault later and is still under warranty, the issue should be handled through the warranty claim process instead.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason other than a defect, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You are entitled to a refund for the product(s); however, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all seals intact and packaging unopened.

Vaporizers sold by VaporizerOne are classified as hygienic goods intended for oral use. For health and safety reasons, items cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the product has been used.

This does not affect your statutory rights. We fully comply with EU consumer protection laws, including Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which outlines exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
